How can I implement the Gold Elf in my family?
The Gold Elf and book to be left under the tree on the first of December (or any date) for your child to treasure and show off proudly in the lead up to Christmas.
The Gold Elf might leave the book and statue/trophy along with candy canes on the tree as a thankyou (candy canes included in illustration in the book)
The Gold Elf could be the one who delivers “First of December boxes” (for families who do this) with the Gold Elf statue in it and the book (an easy recurring filler each year)
The Gold Elf might leave the statue and book, along with advent calendars on the 1st December to start the countdown.
With your child, choose a “how to spread kindness this Christmas ” bauble at the end of the book to complete each year – or multiple baubles! Or better yet, see if you can do them all!
